The Secret Is Out...
We are coming to Medway city estate.
As posted by Future Chatham and various news agents, we can confirm that we are planning to build a 24hr drive-thru Costa Coffee just off Anthony's Way, behind the McDonald's drive-thru and Co-op petrol station.
Our Costa will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and offer dine-in and takeaway service on two floors, including an outdoor seating area. The drive-through coffee shop will offer nearby industrial and office buildings an alternative place to buy snacks and beverages, thereby reducing the need to drive off the estate during peak times. This will provide more choices to the people working on the Medway City Estate.
We also plan to build a two story warehouse adjacent to the drive-thru for the storage and distribution of classic cars - Accessible from Terance Butler Avenue only.

As many of you know, we are opening a new gym in Gillingham Town centre. Goldex Fitness plans to open its doors this month to the only gym and fitness studio in Gillingham town centre. Located in the heart of the high street, next to our Sales & Lettings office and Costa Coffee store, it’s the ideal spot to come and get a sweat on! We remodeled our Costa Coffee in Rochester town center!
ROCHESTER WE ARE OPEN - We're back with a fresh new look, bigger and better than ever! After being closed for refurbishment for a few days, our Rochester store has reopened. You can check out the newly remodeled store for yourself and even pick up some M&S Food!

Friday was Costa Foundation Friday!
It was incredibly rewarding to see our #GoldexTeam getting involved with this months #FoundationFriday. This months theme was World book day!
Our business would not be possible without the coffee farmers around the world! In some of the world's poorest countries, many of the coffee growing communities are located in remote rural areas, and children in these communities have little or no access to education.
Costa Foundation's mission is to fund schools and projects in coffee-growing communities that provide safe, quality education.
The charity does this by:
Building new schools or extending existing ones
Investing in water supplies and providing electricity
Furnishing the new buildings
Providing computers and other essential technology
Building toilets and teacher accommodation
Promoting gender equality
Developing land for students to grow crops.
